The T/T/St. Joseph’s College Sports Meet 2025 was held on April 28, 2025, at 2:30 PM at the T/T/St. Joseph’s College Ground (National & Sports School), Trincomalee. 

The event was graced by esteemed guests, including Rt. Rev. Dr. Christian Noel Emmanuel (Bishop of Trincomalee) as the Patron, and Rev. Sr. M. Nirosha A.C (Principal of T/T/St. Mary’s College) [National & Sports School], as the Chairperson. 

The Chief Guest for the occasion was Mr. N. Mathivannan (Divisional Secretary, Divisional Secretariat, Town & Gravets, Trincomalee.)

The Guests of Honour included Dr. Ms. U. Sooriyakumar (Regional Dental Surgeon, RDHS Office, Trincomalee) , Rev. Fr. J. Atputaanj SJ (Director, Loyala Campus, Trincomalee) , and Ms. V. Vinotha (ADE [Physical Education] Zonal Education Office, Trincomalee). 

Additionally, Mr. L. Benjamin (Senior Advisor - LCA, CEO King Group, Canada) , Lt. T. C. Edward ([Past Student] Sri Lanka Navy) and Ms. S. Thadshayini (MRICS, PQS) [Past Student] Chartered Quantity Surveyor, KAPP Infrastructure Inc. Fleming College, Toronto, Canada) attended as Special Guests. 

Miss. R. Diviniya ([Past Student - SMC] Student, Faculty of Biomedical Science, BMS Graduation College, Colombo) and Miss. P. Kamsi ([Past Student - SMC] Presenter, Shakthi TV) were present as Special Invitees. 

The event celebrated the spirit of sportsmanship, with Theresians emerging as Champions, followed by Lucians as 1st Runner-Up, Marilians as 2nd Runner-Up, and Agnesians as 3rd Runner-Up. 

The occasion was a remarkable display of determination, skill, and teamwork, making it a memorable event for all participants and attendees.
